The softball camp was held over two days. Over 130 children participated
in fun and games.
This was the first softball camp held for the disadvantaged children
of Minas Gerais.

This dumping ground is both a source of income as well as a source of
contamination and diseases for hundreds of families and children.
Lixao ("big garbage dump") is the second-largest slum in Brasilia and
the one with the most debilitating critical condition in the capital
of the country.
Sifting through the garbage is a thankless task.
A daycare center has been built to take care of
children while their parents pick up the garbage
in Lixao.
Our organization continues to be a beacon of hope for the children
of Brazil.
